Minifigure is brand new and never assembled, taken straight from the set and placed into a bag. Includes everything seen in the picture.

brand new sets might have some normal shelfwear as you would see in a
store such as scuffing, minor creases etc. unless specified. Items in
mint boxes will be listed as such.
