FREE insured delivery (with signature confirmation) in the USA by USPS "Ground Advantage", with Priority Mail (w/ signature) available for $5.00 extra. .We generally ship eye-wear within 1-2 days.
If tracking shows non-delivery, we will (at our option) either:
A. Re-ship
an identical item at no charge -or-
B. Refund full payment to the customer including shipping costs (We may wait up
to ten business days after shipping before issuing replacement / refund).
Returns - 14 Days to return these but they must please be in the exact same new condition you received them. If you received them damaged, not as shown in photo or not as described, please contact us within three business days after receipt and also, please send us photos of any damage and if there is any damage to the carton, photos too (please).

Miscellaneous Provisions - If an item fails our final Q/C (rare) and we do not have another, we would contact the buyer to inquire about a possible substitution but we will promptly refund the buyer's full price if they prefer. For international buyers, VAT and/or Import Duty is collected by your government and we have nothing to do with this. Sorry if we can’t be of more help.

NOTE: When the available quantity shows one only, it usually means we only have one available but sometimes it can mean that we only have one which has passed preliminary (fast-track) quality control. Before we ship, we do a second, more extensive quality control and change the battery on every outbound watch.
