Gorgeous vintage Harris Tweed women's coat!
This truly is an amazing vintage 1930s coat!
The vintage Harris Tweed tag dates it to the early 1930s .
"Mr. Jerome Original" is also on the inside along with the "T.I. Swartz and Sons Baltimore" tag (see pic).
Houndstooth geometric pattern with a black velvet collar.
In excellent vintage condition, no flaws.
The material is all wool tweed.
The inside plum-colored lining is probably rayon.
4 buttons up the front - with no button at the top collar.
2 front flap pockets.
The colors are purple, blues, eggshell and black with a plum colored full inside lining.
There is a back bottom hem pleat, but it is NOT a vent (see last picture.)

There is no tag size: The chest measures 39" on the outside and the waist 40"
3/4-length sleeve style.
