The item must be returned in the original box, complete with all packaging materials and tags (if applicable) Items returned for a refund will be less original shipping cost. In the event we do not have the same item available for exchange, you will get your money back. The buyer is responsible for sending back items. Please message us if you have any issues.

Please note that all underwear and swimsuits are excluded from our returns policy. Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be discarded and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued regardless of condition or packaging.

The refund will be issued after the item(s) return to us in the original condition.
