I
use Food Safe Silicone to pour this mold. I pour all of
my molds using a special system to remove any air in the silicone which
creates perfect impression molds.
Mold does not require any mold
release and can be baked in the oven or placed in the freezer. This
leaf has deep under cuts and may work best when placed in the freezer
for a few minutes before demolding fondant.
