The tiny little house was empty. Nobody lived in it. Nobody cared about it. Nobody wanted it at all. Nobody but Jane and Alice. With the help of Mrs. O'Brien, two little girls transform an abandoned building into a cookie shop. 

This Hard Cover book is the 1st Edition ever produced and is a very RARE find. There is a paperback version that was printed in 1971 that is also marked 1st edition that is readily available, but this book is the original version.

The dust cover has some wear mostly at the corners, the book itself is in excellent condition. 

The book measures 4.5" x 5.5" x 1/2" thick.
