This is meant to light up. I have provided photos of the inside out side. I do not know if it would still light up or not. I do not know whether or not all the parts are there or not. My assumption is that parts are missing. Not sure if the remaining parts are in working condition or not. Tee is as is. Assume it won’t light up. But, if you can figure out what it needs to work then great.

When I first came across the tee I just thought it was a studded graphic tee. I didn’t realize it was supposed to light up until I turned it inside out. That being said, I think it’s a super awesome tee even if it doesn’t light up.

Could be worn by anyone (depending on your style) if the measurements work for you.
