Ornaments are factory sealed and shipped in a large envelope with bubble wrap.

Returns are accepted for any reason, although we must receive written confirmation of your request within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Buyer will pay for return shipping. Upon successful return of ornaments the buyer will be credited 100% of purchase price.
