All items must be checked during delivery with the courier present. If the item is damaged or does not fit the description, it must be reported to the courier immediately. We do not accept complaints about the item's exterior damage, as we expect it to be inspected thoroughly during delivery.
Once the item has been delivered, the delivery team will ask you to sign the relevant documentation required. Please note we are not able to take away your old furniture.
