Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Western Electric capacitor. The "KS" designation identifies it as Western Electric. This looks very similar to a Sprague 192P Pacer Filmite axial capacitor, except it's blue instead of the usual orange. This is marked .05 uf and tests right around .047 uf, with no/minimal leakage/ESR. This is a super-rare cap. Please see my pictures for details and test results.
