I owned both an 81 and an 88 Saab 900 Turbo Hatchbacks.  Long since sold.  99.9% sure this is from my 81.  This was in my Saab Parts bin, I hate to just toss it without making available in case someone can use; so I'll leave it up here for a year and see if it helps out.

Don't have access to an 81 parts diagram, so I'm not much help.
