Buyer Pays Return Postage !

On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact me on receipt of item. I will need photo evidence of the damage or the fault, in order for the issue to be resolved.

I cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sellable

Return postage cannot be paid for items returned, except where an item is faulty, in some cases a prepaid postage label is sent to you to return the goods.

Positive feedback is important

Please message me first with any query before leaving negative feedback. All problems can be resolved. Human error can occasionally occur, as can issues with Royal Mail which are out of my control once I have posted your order. All enquiries will be resolved for you.

 If the item(s) are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition  refund/exchange will be cancelled. All faulty items must be reported to us within 2 or have any query, please feel free to contact us. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
