The highest point reached by one of the best beat scientists of modern jazz.
Makaya McRaven's latest album will be released.

Makaya McRaven, one of the best beat scientists of modern jazz, who continues to increase his stock with various works from [International Anthem], Gil Scott Heron and reconstruction of Blue Note works, has released the latest album "In These Times"!

This work is inspired by the personal experiences of McRaven, who is from a multinational working class musician community, and cultural struggles in a broader sense.

Joined by allies such as Jeff Parker, Junius Paul, Brandy Younger, Joel Ross, and Marquis Hill, the recordings were recorded in five studios and four live performance spaces, and McRaven did extensive post-production work at home.

Interwoven with orchestral and large ensemble arrangements and his signature organic beat music, the album represents another step forward and milestone for McRaven as a producer.

The joint release of [International Anthem], [Nonesuch] and [XL Recordings], which will be released worldwide on September 23, includes bonus tracks.
