[10pc] Kemet/Sprague Hermetic Tantalum Capacitors: 100uF 10V, 22uF 35V (List price £96!)
Solid tantalum, hermetically sealed - my favourite electrolytics, priced at £9.60+VAT each in quantity 10 (Mouser). Here at a fraction of that price!
Usually only seen in Mil Spec equipment and high end test gear due to cost considerations. Great for special projects.
These work well in the decoupling/bypassing role with linear and switching regulators, capable of performing better than a much larger aluminium electrolytic. This quote is from the current TI datasheet for the LM317 regulator.
"In general, the best type of capacitors to use is solid tantalum. Solid tantalum capacitors have low impedance even at high frequencies. Depending upon capacitor construction, it takes about 25 μF in aluminum electrolytic to equal 1-μF solid tantalum at high frequencies"
The 100uF is good for the output side of a 5V or 3.3V supply. The 22uF 35V is also useful on the input side. Good for decoupling on boards which are mounted away from the power supply, keeping power rails solid.
- The 22uF 35V 20% units are by Sprague, type T110C
- The 100uF 10V units are by Kemet, type 150D
Both types worth having in the parts drawer - buy some of each!

About the Seller : RFPlus
I'm Jon, a lifelong hobbyist, professional engineer and now occasional seller on Ebay, having sent many items around the world over the past 20 years. I am not a business/company despite Ebay's classification to the contrary, though I do have a lot of parts and gear which should go to a good home.
All parts for sale are my private property, in stock in Cornwall, Southwest UK, and ready to post to the world via Royal Mail, or if larger/heavier via your arrangement/collection. I post via UK First Class post: my P&P charge is at cost but I'm happy to combine multiple items in a package for that one charge. You may need to use the Ebay Cart (and request a total if Ebay miscalculates).
If there's a problem with anything, I can send a replacement order, refund your money or do whatever it takes to make you happy. I hope my feedback gives you the confidence that I'm good to deal with. Any questions, please ask!
