Here we have a Phoenix hydraulic tool, from a fire station surplus auction.  It appears to be a hydraulic ram/spreader.  I don't think it pulls, because the end with the removable V-cap just has knurled grip on the end underneath, nothing to hook into for pulling.  The fire station bought entirely new equipment, and so they surplused a lot of perfectly good stuff, including this unit.   I couldn't find an obvious model number unfortunately.   See my other listings for a couple other extraction tools, specifically hydraulic pullers/rams.    Weight 54 lbs (Before packaging)
