2 VTG PRIMITIVE HAND CRAFTED PEDESTAL WOODEN BOWLS.

These bowls are pretty much as found.  They were very dirty when I found them  but I have cleaned the dirt.  They had been sitting somewhere for many years.  I know nothing about them. They are not identical. Even the color is slightly different.  If you look at the bottom you can see the small holes where they were attached to the lathe.  Not sure of the wood, but if you look closely, they almost have the look of tiger eye oak around the rim.  They are approximately 6 1/2 inches in diameter and out of round.  My opinion, they were done by someone in their wood shop.  But that's only my opinion.  I'll let you decide.  All in all, I think they are beautiful in their very primitive way
