The Truelove Air Mesh Dog Collar comes with a breathable, padded air-mesh lining with a strong, secure build, so it stays comfortable all day and holds up to daily use. A collar that looks after your dog's neck and takes everything a walk can throw at it.
Collars sit higher than harnesses, towards the middle of the neck. Measure around the middle of your dog's neck and match it to the table. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one.

The Duraflex buckle is secure, durable and clicks open and shut in a second, so putting the collar on or taking it off is simple, even one-handed with a wriggly dog. The buckle holds firm once closed.
Reflective stitching runs the full way around the collar and lights up in car headlights and torchlight, so your dog stays visible on early mornings, winter evenings and unlit lanes.
A solid metal O-ring holds the lead and your dog's ID tag securely, and the collar comes in three widths (1.5cm, 2cm and 2.5cm), so bigger dogs get a broader, stronger band. For our domestic customers we offer free UK postage with Royal Mail 48 for everyone in the United Kingdom. This service not only helps keep your order safe, it also gives you peace of mind with a GPS confirmation scan on delivery. The delivery aim is within 48 hours from dispatch, although this is not always guaranteed and small delays outside of our control can occasionally happen.
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade your delivery at checkout for a small fee to either Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery by 1pm. The latter comes with a next-day delivery guarantee by 1pm, because we know that sometimes waiting just is not an option.
For our international customers we offer worldwide delivery, calculated automatically at checkout, with options to upgrade to end-to-end tracking or signature-only delivery. We can reach over 230 countries and territories through Royal Mail's worldwide network of delivery partners.
We will always try to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible. While the estimated delivery date shown on eBay is just that, an estimate, we are proud to say that the vast majority of our customers receive their orders ahead of schedule because we are based in the UK. We do want to be transparent, though, that local Royal Mail delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Whether you have received the wrong size or simply had a change of heart, please rest assured that we have you covered with a generous 60-day return period from the date of delivery, as long as the item comes back in its original condition.
Starting a return is easy when you shop with us and you will be offered several return options to choose from. As a courtesy for keeping our prices low, we ask that in most cases you cover the cost of return postage. Often the most cost-effective way is to buy return postage at the Post Office or conveniently online through Royal Mail's Click and Drop service. For smaller items such as large letters this can help reduce the cost of returning items to us. For your peace of mind we recommend keeping your receipt or other proof of postage.
Once we receive the return in its original, unused and resaleable condition with product tags, our dedicated team aims to process your refund within two working days. The original payment method you used for the order will determine how you receive your refund.
