The Truelove Air Mesh Lead is the everyday lead that gets it right: a soft, padded air mesh handle that is kind on your hands, dries quickly, 3M reflective stitching so you are seen after dark and a choice of two lengths so you can pick the walk you actually do. Pick the width by your dog's weight. The webbing gets a little wider and stronger with each size, so a small dog gets a light, fine lead and a big dog gets a solid one. Then choose your length: Short (110cm) for close control and busy pavements, Long (200cm) for relaxed walks and more freedom.

The handle is wrapped in soft, padded air mesh, so there is no thin cord digging into your palm when your dog spots a squirrel. It stays comfortable on long walks and gives you a secure, confident hold when you need one.
A line of 3M reflective thread runs the length of the lead and lights up in car headlights and torchlight. For early mornings, winter evenings and roadside walks, it helps drivers and other walkers see you and your dog sooner.

We dispatch same-day on every order placed before our 4:30pm UK cut-off, Monday to Friday. Please note that on weekends and during bank holidays we may need a little extra time to pack your items.
For our domestic customers we offer free UK postage with Royal Mail 48 for everyone in the United Kingdom. This service not only helps keep your order safe, it also gives you peace of mind with a GPS confirmation scan on delivery. The delivery aim is within 48 hours from dispatch, although this is not always guaranteed and small delays outside of our control can occasionally happen.
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade your delivery at checkout for a small fee to either Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery by 1pm. The latter comes with a next-day delivery guarantee by 1pm, because we know that sometimes waiting just is not an option.
For our international customers we offer worldwide delivery, calculated automatically at checkout, with options to upgrade to end-to-end tracking or signature-only delivery. We can reach over 230 countries and territories through Royal Mail's worldwide network of delivery partners.
We will always try to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible. While the estimated delivery date shown on eBay is just that, an estimate, we are proud to say that the vast majority of our customers receive their orders ahead of schedule because we are based in the UK. We do want to be transparent, though, that local Royal Mail delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Whether you have received the wrong size or simply had a change of heart, please rest assured that we have you covered with a generous 60-day return period from the date of delivery, as long as the item comes back in its original condition.
Starting a return is easy when you shop with us and you will be offered several return options to choose from. As a courtesy for keeping our prices low, we ask that in most cases you cover the cost of return postage. Often the most cost-effective way is to buy return postage at the Post Office or conveniently online through Royal Mail's Click and Drop service. For your peace of mind we recommend keeping your receipt or other proof of postage.
Once we receive the return in its original, unused and resaleable condition with product tags, our dedicated team aims to process your refund within two working days. The original payment method you used for the order will determine how you receive your refund.
