The Truelove Handle Harness is built around one thing most harnesses do not have: a strong control handle on the back. Take hold of it to steady your dog at the roadside, to help an older or recovering dog into the car or up steps, or simply to keep a strong dog close when you need to. Comfortable to wear, tough where it counts, and made to fit dogs from small to very large.
Chest is the measurement that matters. Measure around the widest part of the torso, just behind the front legs, and match it to the table. The weight column is a guide only, always go by the chest measurement. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one. Use the weight guide if your dog's chest girth appears in more than one place.

This is not a token loop. The grab handle is made of plastic, stitched into the strongest part of the harness, so you can really take hold of it. Use it to steady your dog when a bike or another dog passes, to guide them through a crowd or a narrow gate, to help a senior or recovering dog into the boot or up the stairs, or to lift a little one over an obstacle. The outer is hard-wearing Oxford fabric over high-density nylon webbing, and the buckle is a heavy-duty with a high load rating. It is made to hold up to powerful, pulling and large dogs, day after day, which is exactly why it is a favourite for working dogs and confident walkers.
Inside, a soft, breathable air-mesh lining cushions the chest and spreads pressure so it stays comfortable on long walks. Around the outside, 3M reflective detailing lights up in headlights and torchlight for early mornings and winter evenings.

For our domestic customers we offer free UK postage with Royal Mail 48 for everyone in the United Kingdom. This service not only helps keep your order safe, it also gives you peace of mind with a GPS confirmation scan on delivery. The delivery aim is within 48 hours from dispatch, although this is not always guaranteed and small delays outside of our control can occasionally happen.
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade your delivery at checkout for a small fee to either Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery by 1pm. The latter comes with a next-day delivery guarantee by 1pm, because we know that sometimes waiting just is not an option.
For our international customers we offer worldwide delivery, calculated automatically at checkout, with options to upgrade to end-to-end tracking or signature-only delivery. We can reach over 230 countries and territories through Royal Mail's worldwide network of delivery partners.
We will always try to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible. While the estimated delivery date shown on eBay is just that, an estimate, we are proud to say that the vast majority of our customers receive their orders ahead of schedule because we are based in the UK. We do want to be transparent, though, that local Royal Mail delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Whether you have received the wrong size or simply had a change of heart, please rest assured that we have you covered with a generous 60-day return period from the date of delivery, as long as the item comes back in its original condition.
Starting a return is easy when you shop with us and you will be offered several return options to choose from. As a courtesy for keeping our prices low, we ask that in most cases you cover the cost of return postage. Often the most cost-effective way is to buy return postage at the Post Office or conveniently online through Royal Mail's Click and Drop service. For your peace of mind we recommend keeping your receipt or other proof of postage.
Once we receive the return in its original, unused and resaleable condition with product tags, our dedicated team aims to process your refund within two working days. The original payment method you used for the order will determine how you receive your refund.
