These truelove soft padded adjustable dog collars are of superior quality and designed to last.

They are made of dense Nylon webbing with 3M Scotchlite™ reflective material that provides good visibility to the dog and its owner. Made of stainless steel, the ring is durable with large loading capacity and tensile strength to suit even large dogs.

The buckle is made of lightweight Duraflex plastic for easy, one handed release, preventing cases of accidental unbuckling. The soft breathable mesh lining with padding is ultra-comfortable. Sizes are fully adjustable for best fit, even as your dog grows you will still be able to use the collar.

Orders are being dispatched from the UK within one working day as advertised on our listings.

Domestic shipping within the UK is free with Royal Mail 48. This provides a GPS confirmation scan when your order is delivered. You may wish to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 24 for a small fee.

The estimated delivery date displayed on eBay is just an estimate, with the large majority of our customers receiving their orders before the due date. Local Royal Mail delays are out of control and we ask for your patience when these occur. To guarantee next working day delivery within the UK, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm when placing your order.

International shipping is available for a small fee automatically calculated at the checkout and with an additional option to an end-to-end tracking/signed for peace of mind.

Returns

Wrong size or simply changed your mind?

No problem. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Just return the item to its original condition within 30 calendar days from when you received your delivery. You will need to have the order number to hand; just include it in your return with your full name and address.

Take the parcel to your local Post Office using the returns address provided on your parcel. You will need to cover the cost of return postage unless you can prove the item you received was faulty. We suggest keeping a proof of postage for added reassurance and consider a recorded delivery service for higher value items. This will help us track the item on its way back to us and process the refund without delays. Please send us an email to notify us and help us expedite your return.

We will refund your account (money-back guarantee), once we receive the item in its original unused resaleable condition. We aim to refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the item back. The way you originally paid for the order will determine how you’re refunded.
