We offer FREE delivery on all our items sent within mainland UK Hazardous Items delivered to Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland that cannot be delivered via Royal Mail will incur an extra postage charge, please contact us for costs before purchasing so as not to be disappointed. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days. We also offer a next working day delivery service for a fee if you need your items in a hurry please contact us for details.

If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.

Damaged/Faulty Goods 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will collect the item and either replace it or refund you in full. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.
