Roland BT-1

Compact, arched bar pad that can be attached to drum hoops.

The BT-1 is a bar trigger pad that can be easily integrated into a drum set to produce sounds such as the TD-30 V-Drum sound source or the SPD-SX sampling pad. The BT-1 can be attached directly to the drum hoop, eliminating the need to make major changes to the setup. The BT-1 provides the same comfortable hitting feel and high playing performance as V-drums. The BT-1 is an item that greatly expands the possibilities of drum performance depending on the drummer's ideas.

Can be attached to hoops and rods of acoustic drums as well as V-drums.

Compatible with V-drum sound source TD-30/15/11, SPD-SX and SPD-30.

　The BT-1's compact yet easy-to-play arched shape allows the BT-1 to be attached to a drum hoop, making it possible to integrate the BT-1 into a drum set without making any major changes to the setup. For example, two BT-1s can be attached to a snare hoop, allowing the drummer to play a 16-beat pattern with handclaps and high-pitch snare notes intertwined.

　The attached attachment to the rods allows the drummer to place it anywhere he or she likes.

The BT-1 can be used not only as a performance pad but also as a controller.

　You can connect the BT-1 to the SPD-SX sampling pad to start/stop phrases, or connect it to a V-drum sound source to switch kit tones, start/stop patterns, turn effects on/off, and control various functions at any desired timing during performance. You can also control various functions at any time during the performance.

　The BT-1 provides reliable control with little risk of malfunction due to shocks from the snare or stand to which it is attached.

The BT-1 can also be attached to the hoop of an acoustic drum.

　The BT-1 is an excellent companion for acoustic drums, and can be attached to acoustic snares and tom hoops from many drum manufacturers, creating a hybrid drum set that combines acoustic and electronic sounds.

　By adding handclaps and club sounds like the TR-909 snare to acoustic drum performances, the BT-1 transcends the boundaries of acoustic and electronic drumming for a whole new kind of live performance.
