As we do not have the technical expertise to further test the unit, we are selling it on an "AS IS BASIS"

On site Inspection is available. For further checks/tests on the unit, please message us with your set of instructions.

Adapters, Power Cables, probes or any other accessories are not included unless mentioned.

Shipping:

• We guarantee to ship your item within 48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays) after payment has been received
• Tracking number will be sent to you via email once the item has been shipped out.
• All import duties & taxes are to be handled & paid by the buyer.
• Items are shipped via either USPS, Fedex or UPS.
• You can request for shipment to be sent via your preferred company.

Combined Orders:

• If you have bid on multiple auctions, please wait until all auctions have ended before proceeding to our checkout.
• All items must be paid within 7 days. If you fail to do so after constant reminders, we will relist our items. If you need help contact us by calling or writing.

Return Policy:

• Faults which are not mentioned in the description should be reported to us within 7 days upon receiving the item. Upon investigating with the shipping company a refund will be offered.
• If item received is not what you see in the listing, we will ship the correct item with free shipping within 24 hrs of complain.
• If the item is unclaimed and returned to us; a new shipping charge will be implemented.
