This 20-piece kit includes (10) bolts and (10) matching hex nuts as shown in the picture.
These are the EXACT fasteners that are used on the assembly line, not generic hardware.

These are most commonly used on chrome front and rear bumper assemblies. They are used to secure the bumper support to the outer face.
