Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Mallory metal-case capacitor, dated 1972 and Made in USA. It is marked 16 uf 250v, and tests around 21-25 uf, with low leakage/ESR. This should work fine at full voltage. It may have a tiny dent from storage/handling, but it will still work fine. Please see my pictures for details, dimensions, and sample test results.
