A limited edition (16 in total), hand-made, lino-cut print of Robin Hood's Bay in the Yorkshire Dales. This colourful and highly original interpretation shows a Pennine moorland scene in winter, with isolated farms, a field barn, and bands of ablating snow. The print (printed area 360x245mm) is made from seven layers of oil ink, using a combination of multiple plates and reduction method. It is printed on high quality Fabriano paper. Oliver Raw is a successful Yorkshire-born freelance artist and illustrator currently based in Sweden. The print is one of a series focusing on landscapes in northern England.
