  • We ship all ground packages via Fedex Ground and Freight forwarder within the 48 states. 
  • We do ship internationally, please email us with your country and postal code and we will be happy to give you the shipping quote. 
  • All shipping damages needs to be reported to the carrier and us within 24 hours. Please keep all original packing material for shipping carrier's inspection. 
  • Product is shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is made and received in full. All shipping damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of arrival. Please ask questions before bidding.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date.

  • Replacement will be given if the item is defective and incorrect item is delivered.
  • If returned package is received as damaged, we will not be able to accommodate the refund, please contact the shipping courier that you used for insurance claim
  • Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges of returning the item
  • Returned items MUST be in BRAND NEW CONDITION, UNUSED & UNMOUNTED, received otherwise, return will NOT be accepted, NO EXCEPTION !!!!!
