Beautiful hand painted Made in Portugal lace/lattice style plate with floral design on white background with cobalt blue highlights and trim.
Very good vintage condition. Front is in excellent condition. Two small chips on back, see last two photos.
Diameter is 9-1/2". Hanging holes on back. Signed on back "Portugal, 412".
