This is for an original program and ticket from the June 7 1942 race at Union Speedway in Union New Jersey. This race would be the third annual NJ State 100 lap Championship but as the program and the ticket state, the race was rained out. The program is actually just a 4 page fold over scorecard, and the owner wrote on the cover that the race was rained out, and added on the back how disappointing it was for his group to go all the way to the track and have it washed out by a rain storm. It actually adds to the ambiance of the program, and the ticket is probably more rare than the program itself. A nice combo to have from another of New Jerseys tracks which have gone by the wayside over the years.
