Besides him it was a giant pageant show given by “Roll Call of the Nation” for students of Philadelphia Schools ages 14-18. Facsimile signature, Sinatra was urging you to vote 4 days after the concert. Came from a scrapbook and has part of the page glued to the back. I made no attempt to remove it further. Extremely tiny tear at the very bottom in the word “ages”- I almost didnt even notice it was there. Excellent otherwise. Extremely rare early piece of Frank Sinatra memorabilia.
