            These radios have a delay built into their turn- on time.  A push      

            button “ON-OFF-ON" or a toggle switch must be installed in the blue 

            bypass wire to be activated after the radio completely boots up.  

            The bypass has already pulsed before the radio has booted and 

            won’t bypass the parking brake without this switch.
