This long OOP and increasingly hard to find 2013 DELUXE EDITION 288 page hardback book was created exclusively for the 'David Bowie Is' exhibition at The Victoria & Albert Museum, London, which ran from 23rd March to 11th August.

This is the first publication EVER to be given access to Bowie's personal archive of costumes and ephemera, and traces his extraordinary career across five decades, from its London beginnings to international superstardom. Essays on aspects of Bowie's life are included from the V&A's Theatre and Performance curators Victoria Broackes and Geoffrey Marsh, with contributions from British educationalist and writer Christopher Frayling, English composer Howard Goodall, US academic and social critic Camille Paglia and English writer, broadcaster and music journalist Jon Savage.

Measuring
12.5" x 9.75" with its lightly debossed detailed cover/spine, this is an amazing record of one of the most pioneering and influential performers of our time and has to be seen to be really appreciated.
Also included is a wallet comprising of 16 exclusive postcards.

Items are in new/sealed condition and a must for THE serious Bowie fan.
