You are looking at a very rare lot of 3 books. X-Men Annuals 10, 12 + 14 CGC 9.4, 9.6 + 9.4 all with WHITE Pages. 10 is where Longshot joins the X-Men and the 1st appearance of the X-Babies. Waa! Also an early Mojo appearance. 12 has an X-Babies/Mojo backup story. 14 is of course the first appearance of Gambit (two weeks before 266) and I would dispute calling it a cameo. He's all over this book. No one else is putting together an awesome X-Men Annuals lot like this. Art Adams, and nothing but Art Adams. He is one of my favorite artists of all times. The only other time I had a whole bunch signed was by Neal Adams. Hunh? Maybe I just like books drawn by Adams's.  Maybe. There have ever been 344 copies of X-Men Annual 10 graded in total. 55 in a 9.4. 17 signature series. That is only 31% signed. 47/15 Annual 12 in a 9.6. That's 15 SS. 32% signed. Annual 14's numbers are a little higher with it being the 1st app. of Gambit. 547/88. 16% signed. Pretty low number in this grade. Alright. Just so we're clear. I have the only lot with X-Men Annuals 10, 12 + 14 (1st Gambit) in a 9.4, 9.6 + a 9.4 with Arthur Adams signature on the covers. Signed during an inhouse event hosted by CGC. Brand new slabs. Just got them back from CGC a few days ago. No cracks or scratches. Let's go people. Speak up! Who wants them first? What's more rare than rare? Killer rare? Let's go with that. 10 is 35 years old people. 5 until 40. 12 is 33. 7 to 40. 14 is from 1990. 31, 9 to 40.  I don't know about you, but that blows my mind. Where did the time go? I collected this when I was just a kid. Was I lucky or crazy enough to hold onto this for all these years? You be the judge. Who should play Longshot in the inevitable movie?
