RETURN POLICY:   Buyer must contact Sun Hardware Resale first before returning items. Items must be returned in original condition with all included parts as was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If buyer receives item in damaged condition not described in the listing, DOA or other error made by Sun Hardware Resale, then Sun Hardware Resale will pay for return shipping costs. 

RESTOCKING FEES:  Items returned that are determined to be in working order will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $10, whichever is greater, and shipping will not be refunded. We will not accept any item that is damaged in return shipping. The shipment will be refused back to the Buyer and Buyer will need to issue a claim with the freight company.

TERMS & POLICIES:   We currently accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. You may choose to pay through PayPal or by credit card over the phone. For other payment options, please contact us. 

SALES TAX:  Washington State Sales tax of 9.8% applies to all sales within the state. 

SHIPPING:   We offer Worldwide Shipping! Domestic premium services are also offered such as Next Day and 2-Day deliveries. Items will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some larger items may ship via freight services. If you have a UPS or FedEx account and would like to use it instead, please contact us. For all orders paid by Electronic Checks, orders will ship out after the payment has cleared through our bank. Shipping rates and services are based on per item.

WARRANTY:  All of our used and refurbished hardware will come with a standard 90-day warranty. All hardware is fully tested with Validation Test Suite. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:    By purchasing this item, all international customers agree to pay any import duties and taxes incurred from importing the item into your country.
