Delivery

Our Business Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-6pm, excluding bank holidays.

All products ship from Croydon, South London within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. Same Day Shipping offer applies if order is placed before 3pm UK Time.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to UK destinations and 3-14 business days for delivery to any International destinations.

We have no responsibility for duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our prices include UK VAT.

We use Royal Mail 1st, 2nd Class for UK address. Royal Mail Air Mail if you are from abroad. Next Day delivery /Express shipping are also available.

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fee for reship items due to wrong shipping address provided during checkout.

Return

We offer exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within thirty (30) days, subject to an Authorization from us.
Authorization does not guarantee final disposition, and al returns are subject to inspection.
Defective products must be reported thirty (30) days after receipt of the item, and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on all refused shipments. All S&H charges are non-refundable!
