new fender   stored long time some surface rust                               all large items must ship greyhound otherwise you can arrange shipping they are slow very slow i only go every few weeks its an hour away from  my town and you have to pick it up at the nearest station that has package pick up they are good about getting it there in one piece all pieces are available for local pickup
