HONDA Chain Tensioner Set consisting of the timing chain tensioner, gasket, two bolts and two copper washers. 

Over time the tensioner wears and makes more noise. They often need to be replaced on engines  that have spent their life bouncing off the rev limiter. Worn timing chain tensioners have been associated with timing chain rattle, and if unchecked, can cause the timing chain to “jump”.
