Vintage 90's Silver leather VALERIE STEVENS  3.5” pumps  7 1/2B vintage leather         They have silver leather uppers with man made soles. They have a 3 inch heel. These would have been made around 1999 to wear for a new years party. They have minimal wear to the uppers.  The inside has some of the color chipping that is not visible from the outside.  That is why they are priced so low.
