Pair of sleeve wicker ropes (cords) of the Commissioner-General of State Security - 1935 USSR WWII
In 1935, the following sleeve insignia were introduced for the GB Commissioner-General: a large sleeve Star with the image of a sickle and hammer in the center, embroidered on a cloth base with a golden canopy with thin bordering with silk threads of red, blue, green and speckled colors. Below the star above the upper edge of the wristband was a 12 cm long cut of golden braided rope.
Price for a segment of 24 cm long (2x 12cm segments).
Such stars and golden ropes on the sleeves were worn by only three people in Soviet history - the people's commissars of internal affairs.

Согласно проекту знаков различия начальствующего состава органов и войск НКВД 1935 года предполагалось введение новых знаков различия для сотрудников Государственной Безопасности: как петличных, так и нарукавных.В 1935 году для Генерального комиссара ГБ были введены следующие нарукавные знаки различия: большая нарукавная звезда с изображением серпа и молота в центре, вышитая на суконной основе золотой канителью "в елочку", с тонкой обшивкой по краю шелковыми нитями красного, синего, зеленого и крапового цветов. Изображение серпа и молота вышито красной крученой шелковой нитью.
Ниже звезды над верхним краем обшлага горизонтально располагался жгут из золотого сутажа в шесть сложений, длиной в 12 см.
Стоимость указана за отрезок шнура длиной 24 см (то есть два отрезка по 12 см на рукава).
Такие звезды и жгуты на рукавах носили лишь три человека в отечественной истории - последовательно сменившие друг друга народные комиссары внутренних дел:
