Kojak, is a children’s comic book and LP set featuring two stories based on the popular TV series Kojak. Produced by Arthur Korb and voiced by actors like Bob Mundy and Ruth Edinburg, it includes a comic book in some editions for an immersive storytelling experience. The stories Five Star Final and A Question of Honor were sampled in hip-hop tracks by De La Soul and Fatboy Slim, highlighting their cultural influence beyond the original release. Its historical significance lies in its unique adaptation of a gritty detective show for a younger audience and its impact on later music through sampling.
