"Murder on the Wind!" is the title of this 45+ year-old copy of Amazing Spider-Man issue 168, published by Marvel in 1977 and brought to you by Len Wein and Ross Andru and featuring Spidey vs Will o' the Wisp (who made his first appearance in the previous issue).
I've had this book for decades, and it was well-cared for, stored away virtually undisturbed in all that time. Before offering it for sale, I carefully took the time to eyeball each page to make sure there was nothing obvious hiding in there that might otherwise be missed.
This book is in terrific shape, being flat, shiny and almost completely smooth (I'm talking near glass-like here). Corners look sharp with no fold or crease marks. It has only very trace evidence really of ever having been opened and read at all -- a dimple on the spine to the far left of Spidey's chin (barely visible in photos) and two or three places where you can see the tiny spine ticks that ultimately held this one below NM. Little to no wear at all outside of those little ticks.
Back side is still white and almost completely clean, not having much in the way of the normal surface wear you often see there.
Inner pages aren't quite white, but they all looked off-white and in great shape -- everything nicely attached. I did include the one photo of the letters page because that one had a greenish line of some stray residual printer's ink, which you see from time to time on these Bronze Age copies. But it is obviously some printing anomaly only.
Bottom line is that that this book isn't pristine, and probably not even as high as a 9.2, but it is a very well-preserved copy nonetheless, so unless you require absolute perfection, this one might work for you.
You won't get this level of detailed evaluation and camera angles anywhere else -- look at my feedback and you'll see "item as described" posted over and over again! I cannot believe other sellers expect you to make a purchase decision with just one or two photos -- ridiculous -- you always see what you're getting from me!
