This is a blind bag My Little Pony Carrot Cake, also from the Cake Family set of mini figures as well.  He is 2 1/4 inches tall and comes as shown, loose with no card.  He is in excellent condition with light wear from normal handling.  The quarter shown in the pictures is for size comparison purposes only, and is not included.
