    • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase.
    • Where possible items will be combined into one order, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.

    • Delivery times are 1-3 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan cities. WA, SA, NT, and regional or remote areas may take longer.

    If the product doe not meet its advertised purpose, change your mind or no longer require the item, you will need to pay the return shipping cost.

    Where there has been a change of mind or the part is no longer suitable for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    If the part does not fit your needs due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, Zanvak will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:

    • The item(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival
    • The item(s) has not been fitted to your vehicle
    • Your vehicle VIN where the item did not fit
    • Picture of the boxed item before sending the return

    Warranty

    Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products sold by Zanvak are sold under the manufacturerâs warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

    Warranty claims must meet one the following criteria and be sent to Zanvak with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:

    • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
    • The product does not match the sample or the Zanvak descriptions; or
    • The product was damaged during delivery
