| Recommended Use | Peri-Menopause/Petite: Start with 1 cap daily (or every other day) with food. Increase if necessary after 5 days to control hot flashes. Post-Menopausal Women: Start with 1 cap twice daily with food. Post-Menopausal women with hot flashes may need to take additional Royal Maca caps w/o DIM or Royal Maca Powder. Increase by 1 cap daily, every 5 days until hot flashes are 80% better. If, at any point, hot flashes increase you are taking TOO much. |
