Our shipping method is to use the most effective carrier for delivery to your location. Because we have the privilege of serving all of Australia (... and it's a BIG place), our shipping methods will vary depending on the delivery postcode and the volume and weight of the order.

Shipping your Order:

• Multiple Items: We combine all your items into one shipment to save you money on postage. Please email us for a postage quote if you're after more than one item that has shipping (on most items it's FREE). We have even been known to refund money to our cherished customers when they inadvertently paid too much for postage :-)
• Standard Delivery: We commit to shipping the item the business day after the payment is received - often even sooner, as our shipments leave at 2:00pm each day and we do our best to clear any orders if they are received (payment in full) by noon that day.
• Premium Delivery: Where possible, we also offer a Premium 'Express' delivery option if you JUST HAVE TO HAVE IT!!!! You will pay a little more and we will move heaven and earth to get your package out the door ASAP using a Express Delivery Service. (Please phone or email Customer Service for details on a particular order as the price will vary by size of order, speed required, and destination location)
• Pickup: Sorry, you can't drop in... we have a working warehouse that operates at very weird hours... so just leave us to do our stuf :)

Tracking your Order:

Everything (almost) is TRACKED and it's awesome - just check your tracking number and away you go - nothing will ever be missing again and you will NEVER be out of pocket.

• Standard Delivery (small and light orders): Orders under 500 Grams and under $20 Value are shipped Aus Post - and do NOT have a tracking number. If your item has not arrived within a week of notification of shipping, then please contact us.
• Standard Delivery (bulky or heavy orders): Orders over 500 Grams or over $20 Value are shipped using a service that provides a Consignment Note (tracking number). This will be entered into eBay so you can track and trace. If the track and trace service does not work, or there is some problem with your delivery (e.g. the courier 'says' its been delivered but you can't find it) please contact us.
• Express Delivery: All orders are shipped using the FASTEST service that provides a Consignment Note (tracking number). This will be entered into eBay so you can track and trace. From a practical point of view - we want you to be delighted with the product, the results of the project, and a proud promoter of Clear da Stuff...

• If there is damage in shipping - (for example its been damaged by the courier) - then you must refuse to accept the shipment if it is not acceptable. Signing for a shipment from a courier means that you have inspected the shipment and found it to be free of damage. Please be careful.
• If its brand new and 'in package', you can send it back within 60 days, no questions asked, and we refund your money. We ask that the items be returned unopened in the original packaging with all components present and intact. If you have signed for a damaged item, then you need to contact the courier for re-dress - and we will support you in this adventure. However, damaged items are clearly not in the original unopened package with all components present and intact.
• If its used, no returns or refunds are accepted. All are merchandise are sold as-is. We are meticulous in specifying any problems with the items that would affect their intended function. Used items will not have original packaging and may not be perfect, but they represent great value.
