Tech Notes
The 1986-and-on parts have a rigid black plastic strip at the bottom whereas the pre-1986 parts do not.
On 2-door models, for the driver side, the outboard side has a slit cut into it, for the tilt-forward handle. On 2-door models, for the passenger side, the outboard side and inboard sides both have a slit cut into it, for the tilt-forward handle on each side. On 4-door models there is no slit.
If you cannot find the exact part you need, you can cut slits in the vinyl as needed, but you cannot make slits vanish, so plan accordingly.
