picked up a huge model ship collection, a book collection also came with it , the previous owner passed away 12 years ago , these books where stored boxed in a heated basement with the widow in Laramie Wyoming. when you first open them there is a old book smell coming from inside with another Oder that another ebay seller who specializes with old paper notes but cant place either!  its not mildew but a strong hot dusty smell not sure if incense or some liniment smell after a bit of airing out the books seam to give up the smell so be warned , pricing cheaper for this, they are still good reference and modelling books
