3.3m x 6m Heavy Duty Steel Carport Kit

Due to the large size and heavy weight of the shade shed, it is delivered as a DIY, flat packed kit that requires assembly. Assembly is easy and is completed by inserting the tubes together.

An assembly manual is included with detailed instructions for constructing the carport.

Please check with your local council on their requirements prior to purchasing. We supply the carport as a kit set (portable structure) and do not have engineering forms or drawings to submit to council.

We recommend 2 or more strong, able-bodied people to assemble the carport kit.

Can you deliver to me?

We use third party couriers to deliver to all major metro cities in Australia, where their partner depots are located. All shade sheds are delivered to a depot closest to you, where you may arrange pickup. Please collect your purchase within 7 days of arrival at the depot or you may be charged storage fees by the depot. Please ensure that your vehicle can accommdate the size of the boxes. A Ute, Van, 7 Foot Trailer or Truck is highly recommended. The carport kit will be forklifted onto your vehicle. Please bring along someone to help you lift and load into your vehicle (and tie down equipment) if it can not be forklifted on due to your vehicle type / shape. The depot staff will assist in bringing the item to your vehicle, however it is your sole responsibility to secure and tie down the item to your vehicle or trailer. For business or rural deliveries, the kit will be dropped off at the closest point at your location, safest for the courier to access. For business and rural deliveries, please ensure that you have a forklift available or unloading equipment / manpower to ensure that you can safely unload the delivery vehicle.

If you have no means of picking up from the depot, you can arrange with the courier directly for delivery to your home. This service will incur an additional delivery fee (from the depot to your home) which you will arrange and pay directly to the courier.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery fee will vary depending on your location. Kindly email us with your suburb and postcode and we can confirm the closest depot location to you and the delivery fee to that depot.

Can I pick up?

Due to the nature of our commercial distribution centers, we are not equipped for public pickup. All consignments are dispatched to a depot, closest to your location, where you may arrange to pick up from.

When will my order arrive?

Items are prepared for dispatch after payment has cleared. Please allow for up to 7-10 working days for all metro cities and up to 14 working days for selected regional areas, for arrival to the respective depots. Delivery times are excluding weekends and delays can arise due to public holidays, peak periods or areas affected by natural disasters.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please note that although the carport is flat packed securely, some of the sheeting may be slightly scratched or dented during the transport process, but are still very structurally sound. This will not impact the structural integrity of the carport. Please check all parts as soon as the carport shed has been received. Any missing parts in the cartons is purely accidental and we can arrange for these parts to be sent out to you at our expense. We try to do everything possible to provide the best service in order to gain trust and confidence from you, our valued client. We also understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Please give us the opportunity to resolve.

What payment options do you accept?

You may process payment via Paypal, Bank Deposit or Credit Card.

How long do payments take to clear?

Most Paypal payments are instant, however some Paypal eCheques require additional time to clear. Bank Transfers can take up to 24-48 hours to clear - please ensure you include your username as reference.

Do you offer a Layby service?

We may be able to accomodate a layby arrangement. Kindly contact us for more information.

What is your returns policy?

The carport shed must be returned within 7 days of receiving it and at the buyer’s expense. The shed must be in a new condition in its original packaging in order to receive a replacement shed or a full refund. The delivery fee (from us to your local depot) and return delivery fee back (from your local depot to us) are non-refundable as we use third party couriers.

What are the conditions for a return?

Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. Please ensure all items are packed extremely securely and sufficiently for transport. Any damages caused during the return shipping journey may be rejected or receive a revised refund amount.

When will my refund be processed?

Once an item has been returned and received in good condition, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

What is your warranty period?

The carport shed comes with a limited warranty. The warranty excludes locations that are within a 10km radius of the ocean or is constantly in or near water (e.g poolside). We are always here to help and are customer service driven. If you have an issue within the warranty period, we won't give you any grief, we'll work with you to resolve and find a solution, always.

What does warranty not cover?

Warranty does not cover for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, a change of ownership or damage caused as a result of incorrect assembly.

Buyers are to agree with the full terms and conditions when purchasing an item. While all care is taken in item listings, any errors or omissions in the listings are unintentional and may be corrected prior to an item being dispatched.

Please also note that the appearance of your item may vary differently in colour or shade as compared to the image viewed through your PC or mobile tablet due to the nature of different screen resolutions.
