"Cats Rule" is an adorable grumpy cat print wearing a  shimmery tiara and sitting on a fluffy blue pillow. Mishell Swartwout hand painted the mat and the print is signed and numbered 142/1200. The black plastic frame is front loading with glass in front of it. The frame is approx 11" x 14".
