A limited edition (12 in total), hand-made, lino-cut print of Robin Hood's Bay in the Yorkshire Dales. This colourful and highly original interpretation shows the the town from the south, with its distinctive red pantiled roofed houses, and the coast with its steep sandstone cliffs. The print (printed area 365x245mm) is made from seven layers of oil ink, using a combination of multiple plates and reduction method. It is printed on high quality Fabriano paper. Oliver Raw is a successful Yorkshire-born freelance artist and illustrator currently based in Sweden. The print is one of a series focusing on landscapes in northern England.
